A WORD FROM THE AUTHOR / ARTIST
"When A Bird Goes Hitchhiking is a story with an important lesson for everyone and a stark reminder to myself.
In the story, a bird chooses to hitchhike his way to the South for the yearly migration because flying is just too tiring. Hitching rides on various modes of transport is obviously an easy way out. But sometimes, the shortest route may turn out to be the longest way.
Many times, the easier options in life are often the most attractive. However, we also end up paying dearly when the shortcuts fail to bring us to our desired destinations. And then, we have to work doubly hard to make up for the prior mistakes."
